Customers should inspect live plants and products at the time of pickup. Any visible concern should be reported before leaving the pickup location. Once accepted and removed, Isla Green is not responsible for damage caused by transportation, handling, heat, cold, direct sunlight, or other environmental exposure.

What happens if I do not collect my order on time?

Orders should be collected within the timeframe stated in the pickup confirmation. Orders that are not collected within the agreed period may need to be rescheduled. Live plants cannot be held indefinitely because their care and condition may change over time.

Can I cancel my local pickup order?

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours after the order is placed. Orders that have already been prepared or marked ready for pickup may no longer qualify for cancellation.

Can I arrive before receiving confirmation?

No. Do not arrive before receiving the “Ready for Pickup” notification.
