1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We make reasonable efforts to display product photographs, colors, descriptions, sizes, and other information accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on lighting, screens, photography, and the natural characteristics of living plants.

Live plants are unique living products. Their size, shape, color, number of leaves, root development, maturity, and variegation may differ from photographs unless the product listing expressly states that the customer will receive the exact plant pictured.

We reserve the right to limit product quantities, discontinue products, refuse service, or cancel orders when reasonably necessary.

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and processed.

3. PLANT HEALTH AND CUSTOMER CARE

We inspect plants before shipment and package them with reasonable care. After delivery or local pickup, the customer is responsible for providing appropriate care, including suitable temperature, light, humidity, watering, substrate, sanitation, and acclimation.

Care information provided by Isla Green is educational and general in nature. Results may vary depending on the plant, environment, season, location, and customer care practices.

We do not guarantee continued survival, growth, variegation, coloration, or development after delivery because these factors depend on conditions outside our control.

4. TISSUE CULTURE PRODUCTS

Tissue culture plants require specialized acclimation. By purchasing tissue culture products, the customer acknowledges that success depends on sanitation, humidity control, temperature, lighting, substrate, handling, and acclimation procedures.

Isla Green is not responsible for losses caused after delivery by contamination, improper deflasking, improper acclimation, environmental changes, overwatering, underwatering, unsuitable lighting, unsuitable substrate, or other customer-controlled conditions.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, availability, and product descriptions without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders already accepted unless an obvious pricing or listing error occurred.

The customer agrees to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, shipping, and contact information.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order because of product availability, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, pricing errors, or other reasonable operational concerns.

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours after placing an order. Cancellation is not guaranteed once the order has been prepared, packed, fulfilled, shipped, or scheduled for pickup.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier operations, holidays, natural disasters, service disruptions, or circumstances outside our control.

Risk associated with improper or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer may remain with the customer.

The customer is responsible for monitoring tracking information and retrieving the package promptly after delivery.

8. WEATHER HOLDS

To protect live plants, we may delay shipment because of extreme heat, freezing temperatures, storms, carrier disruptions, or unsafe transit conditions.

A weather-related shipping delay intended to protect the plant does not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund.

9. LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available only when offered during checkout or confirmed directly by Isla Green.

Customers must wait for notification that an order is ready before arriving. Pickup instructions and the location will be provided after the order is prepared.

Orders must be inspected at pickup. Once an order is accepted and removed from the pickup location, the customer assumes responsibility for transportation and environmental exposure.

10. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, and claims are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including logos, graphics, photographs, text, product descriptions, designs, guides, downloads, and branding, is owned by or licensed to Isla Green unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, republish, modify, or commercially use our content without prior written permission.

12. USER CONTENT AND REVIEWS

If you submit photographs, reviews, comments, suggestions, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide that content.

You grant Isla Green a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use content voluntarily submitted in connection with reviews, customer service, marketing, or promotion, unless otherwise prohibited by law or agreed in writing.
